Visiting a new church can be intimidating, so here's what you can expect....
our usual schedule includes:
Our first event is Sunday School for all ages at 9 AM. During the school year we hold classes for all ages, from babies to our senior saints.
At 10, we gather in the fellowship hall for coffee and conversation.
Worship begins at 10:30. Our worship service is a vital part of who we are as a congregation. Since we have a body of young adults to seniors, we have both traditional hymns as well as newer worship music. A time of congregational prayer is very important to us as well. If you have a concern you want prayer for, we would be glad to pray for you as a body.
What to wear
You'll see everything here from jeans to dress up clothing. What you wear is not important, just that you feel comfortable worshiping with us. You might want to bring an extra layer in case the building feels to cold, though.
What about communion?
We believe that sharing the Lord's supper is a very important part of the life of our local body. We observe this ordinance on the first Sunday of each month.
Our time of communion is an open celebration, so anyone who considers themself a follower of Christ is invited to partake.
Accessibility
We have no stairs in our building and have ADA restrooms right off the sanctuary large enough for wheelchairs.
